With the establishment of the R & R subgroup and constitution of the Grievances Redressal Authorities by the States of Gujarat, Maharashtra and Madhya Pradesh, there is a system in force which ensures satisfactory resettlement and rehabilitation of the oustees.

The decisions and directions of GRA in all matters relating to grievances/ complaints of PAFs are final and binding on the State of Gujarat.
